At Feel Good Psychology, we recognise that no two people experience life in the same way. Your story, relationships, challenges, strengths, and goals all shape the way support should look. Stephanie is a fully qualified and AHPRA-registered psychologist who works collaboratively with referring health professionals including gynaecologists, obstetricians, GPs, midwives, physiotherapists, paediatricians, and other allied health providers to support holistic wellbeing.
We work with a broad range of demographics and presentations, offering support for women, men, adolescents, children, parents, couples, and individuals across many stages of life. This includes therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
We also provide specialised support for women’s health, pregnancy, fertility journeys, postpartum adjustment, and pre/postpartum mental health care, alongside practical therapy for communication skills, conflict resolution, confidence building, parenting challenges, and everyday life skill development.
Therapeutic approaches may include Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, and practical strategies to strengthen resilience, emotional regulation, life skills, and communication skills.
Our work is guided by both compassion and clinical integrity, bringing together evidence-based psychological approaches with a broader understanding of the emotional, relational, and practical aspects of wellbeing.
