Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective therapy for processing traumatic experiences and reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression. Stephanie is trained in EMDR and can help you process and heal from past traumas.

All Medicare card holders are entitled to 10 sessions a year with a registered psychologist that qualify for a rebated portion of the session fee. Medicare will cover $93.35 per session. All group session are eligible for a rebate of $33.60 per session for 10 sessions. In order to receive this rebate, you will need to organise a mental healthcare plan through your GP.
Private Health members may also be eligible for a rebate however this will be dependent on your level of cover. Please contact your Private Health Fund for further information on rebates.
