The Feel Good Prenatal Group

 A supportive space for every stage of pregnancy

Navigating pregnancy can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. The Feel Good Prenatal Group is a 10-week course designed to create a safe, welcoming space for pregnant women at any stage of their journey. You’ll connect with others going through similar experiences, gain practical psychological tools, and build the kind of supportive network that can grow into your future mother’s group.


What to expect

Duration: 90 minutes per session
Group Size: 5–7 members

Each session includes:


  • Wellbeing Check-In – Share how you're feeling in the moment
     
  • Psychoeducation – Learn about weekly themes relevant to pregnancy
     
  • Practical Tools – Take home strategies to support your emotional wellbeing
     
  • Q&A – Ask questions to deepen your understanding
     
  • Facilitated Discussion – Explore experiences in a safe, guided conversation
     

Every session is thoughtfully designed to nurture emotional wellbeing, foster meaningful connections, and honour the emotional and physical changes of pregnancy.

The Feel Good Postnatal Group

 Because early motherhood needs support

The early postpartum period can feel like a rollercoaster—joy, exhaustion, uncertainty, and love all wrapped into one. The Feel Good Postnatal Group offers a nurturing 10-week course for new mums to connect, share, and strengthen their mental health with evidence-based tools and compassionate support.


What to expect

Duration: 90 minutes per session
Group Size: 5–7 members

  • Wellbeing Check-In – Reflect on how you're feeling today
     
  • Psychoeducation – Learn about postpartum-specific topics each week
     
  • Practical Tools – Gain strategies to support your mental health
     
  • Q&A – Ask questions in a safe, supportive space
     
  • Facilitated Discussion – Share your experiences in a guided group conversation
     

Babies are warmly welcomed—this is a judgement-free space where crying, feeding, and being real is all part of the journey.
