Welcome to feeling validated, supported and heard.

Feel Good Groups

Warm, supportive group programs for pregnancy and early motherhood

The transition into motherhood can bring so many emotions — excitement, uncertainty, overwhelm, joy, and everything in between. At Feel Good Psychology, our Feel Good Groups are designed to offer a safe, supportive, and welcoming space for women to feel less alone, build meaningful connections, and strengthen their emotional wellbeing through evidence-based psychological support.

Our groups are intentionally small, thoughtfully facilitated, and centred around both emotional support and practical tools to help you feel more resourced in this season of life.

Prenatal Group

A supportive space through pregnancy

Pregnancy can be a deeply meaningful and transformative time, but it can also bring emotional challenges, uncertainty, and moments of overwhelm. The Feel Good Prenatal Group is a 10-week psychologist-led group program designed to support women throughout pregnancy in a warm, safe, and welcoming environment.

This group offers the opportunity to connect with others who are navigating a similar stage of life, while learning practical tools and strategies to support your mental wellbeing during pregnancy and beyond. It is also a beautiful way to begin building the kind of supportive connections that can naturally continue into motherhood.

What to Expect

  • Duration: 90 minutes per session

  • Group Size: 5–7 members

Each session includes:

  • Wellbeing Check-In – A gentle space to reflect on how you are feeling

  • Psychoeducation – Weekly topics relevant to pregnancy and emotional wellbeing

  • Practical Tools – Evidence-based strategies to support you in everyday life

  • Q&A – Space to ask questions and deepen your understanding

  • Facilitated Discussion – Guided conversation in a safe and supportive group setting

Each session is thoughtfully designed to support emotional wellbeing, foster meaningful connection, and honour the mental and emotional changes that can come with pregnancy.

Postnatal Group

Support for the early stages of motherhood

The postpartum period can be beautiful, tender, exhausting, and emotionally complex all at once. The Feel Good Postnatal Group is a 10-week psychologist-led group program designed to support new mothers through the early stages of motherhood with warmth, understanding, and evidence-based care.

This group provides a calm and nurturing space to connect with other mums, feel seen and supported, and learn practical tools to help navigate the emotional and psychological adjustment that can come with life after birth.
