Natanya offers a warm, compassionate, and thoughtful approach to therapy, with a strong focus on creating a space where clients feel safe, genuinely heard, and deeply understood. She understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and aims to provide a calm, respectful, and non-judgemental environment where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace.
Her approach is collaborative, client-centred, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Natanya values taking the time to understand each person’s unique story and works alongside her clients to build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and support meaningful, sustainable change. She also takes a holistic view of wellbeing, recognising the important connection between mental, emotional, and physical health.
Natanya has a particular interest in women’s mental health, especially throughout the perinatal and postnatal period. This is an area that is both professionally and personally meaningful to her, and she feels privileged to support individuals through what can often be a deeply personal, emotional, and transformative stage of life.
